[Invisible] Peer Review and [Visible] Peer Commentary

Peer Review will be more reasonable when it complement with peer
commentary in this age of the Internet database as well as search
engine.

When we do few time and efforts in the right beginning of a research
stream using SSCI-SCI like database and USPTO.gov like patent database,
we can make INVISIBLE knowledge network (INK) more VISIBLE. At least we
will have had initial understanding MAP in our mindset.
