Dear colleagues,
I am currently constructing a cDNA library of leaf material from 4-leaves
stage, 24h after pathogen inoculation. For amplification of the library, I
need to know how many clones are suitable to cover the number of genes
expressed at that stage. Thanks a lot for your help in advance.
