The consensus sequence for each Medicago GeneChip feature was compared to the Medicago TIGR TCs, version 9. This TIGR TC was then used to identify the closest Arabidopsis homolog, TAIR version 7, and the associated Biological and Molecular GO annotations associated with the Arabidopsis gene. This data is now publicly available at www.medicago.org/GeneChip/ and may also be available from the Nobel site in association with their GeneAtlas data. We hope you find this helpful!
