[Medicago] Medicago GeneChip GO annotations

Medicago Community Members,

For those of you using the Medicago Affymetrix GeneChip, annotations are
now available for you to determine what types of genes, based on GO
annotations, are being differentially expressed under your experimental
conditions.

The consensus sequence for each Medicago GeneChip feature was compared to
the Medicago TIGR TCs, version 9. This TIGR TC was then used to identify
the closest Arabidopsis homolog, TAIR version 7, and the associated
Biological and Molecular GO annotations associated with the Arabidopsis
gene.

This data is now publicly available at www.medicago.org/GeneChip/ and may
also be available from the Nobel site in association with their GeneAtlas
data.
