E. coli SURE strain

My colleague Jane Silverthorne purchased the E. coli SURE strain from 
Stratagene. They are touting this strain as the ultimate host for
recombinant DNA. 

We have found that this strain carries a single copy of Tn5. Obviously,
this has important ramifications for many recombinant DNA experiments.
