You can get the listings of available pdb-sequences rather
easily from the netserver at EMBL.
For further instructions you could send a mail to NETSERV at EMBL
which contains the line HELP PROTEINDATA
and you will receive a help-file. The listing can be obtained
(as far as i know) by the command GET PROTEINDATA:BROOKDIR.DOC
At least this worked about half a year ago. I think this information
is still valid.
