Stupid bit of Trivia

Tony Campbell (U of Wales, College of Medicine) suggested a tipomole for
10^-21 (from Welsh "tipyn", a little) and impossomole for 10^-24 [this
being < Avogadro]. I believe he sent these proposals to TIBS (or maybe
Nature). This suggestion must have originated ca 1984.
