Pfu Polymerase?

I've been having mixed results running PCR reactions with Stratagene's
Pfu polymerase (3 of 4 templates amplify with Pfu -- all 4 amplify
with Taq).  I've tried reducing annealing temperatures, adding glycerol
and DMSO (Stratagene's recommendations), etc.  Has anyone out there had
similar experiences with Pfu, or better luck?
