Chimeric cDNA from PCR

I have come across the following article which may be of interest to those
who are cloning isomeric  molecules from RT-PCR. Nucleic Acids Research
1991;19:1949.  It came to mind from the Platelet Specific Membrane posting
but applies to anyone cloning a member from a family of related molecules
