Help me in IN VITRO TRANSLATIONS

Hello

Still waiting for answers to my problems with 
in vitro translations with own mRNA preparates
Control which is Amershams tobacco mosaic virus
mRNA with reticulo lysate works but not my 
own mRNA  I have purified this mRNA with oligo-DT
cellulose column and ethanol precipitation 
with NaOac Na+ interferes translation But
are there some other problems ....
Please tell about your problems in this
and how did you solve them
