Help me in in vitro translations

Hello

Has anyone made in vitro translations with reticulo lysate
and purified mRNA preparates? Amershams Tobacco Mosaic Virus
reference works well but my own mRNA not I am using TMV enzyme
reverse transcriptase from AMV and  normal in vitro 
translation protocols... But it does not work Please 
help me if you can !
