Help: RNA extraction from Gram Positives

Hi,
Does anyone have a reliable protocol for extraction of total RNA/mRNA  from
Gram positive bacteria like Bacillus and Listeria.  Most of the the
published methods I have seen apply to easily lysable Gram negative bacteria
or eucaryotic cells.
