Hi,

once I tried this with a prolonged incubation time, because I believe that
the 35S labelled ATP is a poorer substrate for the kinase. It worked, but
the problem is that you to dry your blots, so you can't further wash the
blot. And of course the exposition time is longer to get signals comparable
to 32P.
