Summary: Double Stranded DNA Sequencing

I want to thank all of those who sent me information on double stranded DNA
sequencing with sequenase.  I have gotten my sequencing reactions to work
beatifully.  I found the most critical aspect to be the cleanliness of my
template.  I started cleaning my minipreps with Prep-A-Gene and found that that
made a big difference.  Also, I am now denaturing my DNA with fresh NaOH/EDTA.
