Chris Upton wrote about using glass milk to prepare DNA for sequencing.
Chris:
1) How do you make your own glass milk?
2) I tried Geneclean (Glass milk) on a gel (once), followed by doublestrand
sequencing, and got numerous bands in all lanes that I have tentatively
attributed to breaks in the plasmid DNA caused by the glass milk. Please
let us know how your templates work.
