Siliconising Micro-centrifuge tubes.

I'm trying to figure out a way to siliconise my Eppendorfs for RT-PCR.

If anyone  has a protocol for silicon/DEPC or DEPC/silicon procedures
would you please mail them in to me. As always I'll summarise and post
if a lot of information comes in.
