Hi,
does anyone know, what "inhibit-ACE (5' to 3')" might be? This
stuff is used in PCR amplification of poly(A)+mRNA. (see: S.
Sheardown, Trends in Genetics, 8, 121, ('92)). Is it a sort of
RNase-inhibitor? Any comments are welcome!
