Protein Microsequencing

      100 - 150 pMol is a standard for most protein sequencing centers,
   and the reason for that is to increase the probability of obtaining
   a N-terminal sequence as long as possible.

      If your protein is very hard to obtain, and you do not need more
   than 10 residues from the N-terminal, it is possible to try sequencing
   at the 1 pMol range.
