Extraction of wheat mitochondrial cytochrome c - help.

Hi there

I've been trying to extract wheat mitochondrial cytochrome c, but so far have
had bad results.  It seems that there is something binding the cyt c in the
extracts.
  Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a good method for extract wheat mt cyt
c.  I have found one or two old references (1957 & 1967), but many details have
been left out of the process.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
