I managed to lose the posting about a cheap way to get rid of dye terminators after sequencing for the ABI. Something about sephadex and glass or zirconium beads?? If anyone has it and could repost or could tell me who posted it (stewart at lotka.stanford.edu) please do-Thanks Beth..
