Lowry Protein Measurement

To All,

     I am planing to measure the protein concentration, a glycosyltransferase,
in both the serum and the homogenate samples.  After reading the original
Lowry's paper on this subject, I found that SIGMA is offering this kind
of kits (p. 2059-2060).  My question is how do I determine which kit is
suitable for my purpose?  Or does anyone know of a better kit avliable
out there?
