Molecular Modelling

I am looking for a program that runs on the Sun/Sparc platform
which will do molecular modelling. I'd like to be able to visualize
amino acid sequences and calculate/visualizze electrostatic 
interactions between amino acid residues in a peptide. 
So far I have been using Hyperchem on a 386. 
Does anyone know of a similar program that will run under Unix?
