5' RACE after RNA ligase - reference needed

Some time back I had come across a paper on 5'-RACE after: 
1.  RNA ligase-mediated ligation of first strand cDNA (specifically
    primed from internal sequence primer).
2.  PCR using the internal sequence primer and its antisense partner.

Problem is I can't find the reference.  I can just see the figure
illustrating this method in my head, but alas my memory is failing
me.  Can anyone help?
