5' RACE after RNA ligase - reference needed

one I remembered, deals with this topic.  Since I cannot e-mail Vladimir,
I thought I'd thank him here, and to let everybody know about this reference.

published in Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, Vol.89
pp.9823-9825, October 1992: Ligation-anchored
PCR: A simple amplification technique with single-
-sided specifity.
