How to empower RNases?!

Hello All,l
  I'm sure this is a strange request to many of you who have labored 
long and hard to remove pesky RNAses, but I'd like to stabilize or 
increase RNase A and/or RNase T1.  I haven't been adding Mg to these 
incubations... Will Mg or Mn stabilize/increase RNase activity at 37 C
reaction temperatures, and will they stabilize RNAse A during long term
storage at - 20 C in 50% glycerol solutions.
