amp gene with internal tga stop mutations wanted

You might try looking up some of Kurnit's papers on
recombinational screening of libraries.  I found a
reference to a CAT gene, but it is newer and I think
an ampR gene was used previously.  Try using the following
as a start:

	Gene   106:97
		23:343
