Dear netters,
We would like biomedical researchers to submit for comparative
analysis amino acid sequences (epitopes) that bind to major
histocompatibility (MHC) molecules and are recognized by T cells.
Sequences from mice or human proteins are suitable. They may ha
been identified because they stimulate T cell lines or clones in
a MHC-restricted fashion or by sequencing after elution from
purified MHC molecules.
