Hi,
I isolated a protein recently and got the sequence by protein
sequencing. Now I want synthesize the gene for this protein which
only has 35 amino acids and send someone to have it expressed in
E.coli. The problem now I am facing is which codon I should use for
expression in E.coli. e.g., shall I use CUU, or CUG, or CUC etc. for
lysine? Can someone give me a guid or just the references which I
can look for by myself?
Thanks in advance.
