Dear Netters
We have heard rumours of a database searching program which takes
nucleotide sequence as its input, translates it in six reading frames,
picks out all the peptides of greater than a certain length and searches
them against the protein databanks. Is this vapourware or does anybody know
about this program, and if so do they know of a server where we can submit
sequence?
thanks in advance for any help,
Ken.
