DMSO works!!!

Whoever suggested that DMSo can increase PCR specificity...
Thanks!!!

I compared the rxn with one that is 10% DMSO, and found a
whopping difference. Whereas I need 80 cycles previously to 
get a product, I get them now at 30. Different bands,too.
Anyway, I have sequenced enugh artifacts.

BTW, the PCR gems from Cetus also have a beneficial effect.
