Hi, I`m trying to purify synthetic oligonucleotides (20-22 bp) in a 20% acrylamide gel. After purification I`ve had losses about 90%. Does anyone know how to increase the yield? Thank`s Sabine SHANELT at CIPVAX.BIOLAN.UNI-KOELN.DE
