Gene Fusions

 Bionetters,

To add to my own previous post, I'm aware of Phil Youngman's family of 
Tn917 derivatives for generating gene fusions in Gram-positive bacteria.

I was interested in info on other transposon derivatives useful for 
assaying gene expression <and> which function in Gram-positive organisms.
