Pyrococcus Polymerase and Vent Polymerase

I have not been very successful at using Pyrococcus DNA
polymerase (sold by Stratagene) for PCR.

if you have used this enzyme or Vent DNA polymerase successfully,
could you please share your protocols/experiences with me? (Vent
is sold by New England Biolabs)
