Tet selection problems in pBR322

To induce tet resistance, use a broth containing a small amount of oxy-TC that
was added BEFORE autoclaving. Tetracyclines are mostly destroyed by high
temperatures, but the products still induce the resistance. This is the
basis of the fusaric acid method for selection of tet sensitive mutants.
