Vector Sequences in the Databases

I agree that something should be done on this,  but at the same time I think
one will have to help himself for quite a while.  Most of the netters would 
have access to Internet, with the Accession #, to retrieve a sequence is just
as easy as an e-mail away.  Netserv at embl.bitnet (old address, I think it should
work) would be a helpful tool.  Send a HELP for more info.
