Bacterial culture collections

Does anyone know of **less** expensive culture collections than
ATCC? Their normal fees are $52/culture although a few, very few,
are around $17.

There is also the University Micro Reference Laboratory (Linthicum, MD;
1-800-invitro), whose normal fees vary from $33-$78, with some again, 
around $17, but their selection is much limited compared to ATCC.

P.S. I'm talking about collections of different Genus/species, not the 
	E.coli or B.subtilis culture collections.
