I would like to ettempt to sequence a PCR product of approximately 2.0kb We currently use the Pharmacia T7 sequencing kit. We have not yet got cycle sequencing up and running in the lab. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could provide some advice and tips on how I would go about sequencing the PCR product With many thanks Mike L
