Help wanted

Hi, is anyone out there doing primary culture of osteoblasts and
osteoclasts?  

I need help.  IUm writing a proposal for my oral exam.  I want to
isolate RNA from osteoblast or osteoclast.  Any protocols?  I have no
experiences on how to cu
lture osteoblasts or osteoclasts.  How much bone samples could provide
a decent amount of RNA? (transilial core? rib? or some other place?)
