CO2 incubator advise needed

I was given a National CO2 incubator (model 3221) for tissue culture use but I 
don't know how to operate it.  This model was last manufactured in 1980 and 
then the company was taken over.  The new manufacturer does not have a complete
copy of the operating manual - the first page containing set-up instructions is
missing.

I would very much appreciate any advise on how to set-up and operate this 
appliance or a copy of the first page of the instruction manual.
