I am considering using the Promega in vitro transcription-translation kit, the one you can use with plasmid DNA. Does anybody have any experience with this? What kind of yield do you really get, is it good for labelling proteins, how clean is the resultant protein? Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks. Andrea
