gene synthesis

Can anyone steer me in the direction of a protocol for synthesis of gene 
fragments with Klenow and ligase? I mean, I protocol that you have used
successfully? I'm having trouble getting product of the desired length,
though shorter products are present. 

Briefly, I'm annealing together 6 oligos to form a substrate that Klenow and 
ligase should fill in and ligate to form a fragment of about 150 bp. I'd
like to avoid pulling out the desired product by PCR, would prefer to 
optimize the polymerization/ligation reaction to where it will make me enough to subclone. Thanks  Mark.    mdv6n at virginia.edu or here
