aerosol block pipet tricks

Daniel Kim was asking whether anyone had used the yellow aerosol block
tips for spin columns, amongst other uses.  I have used them, with a 
regular blue pipette tip jammed into the yellow tip.  This forced the
aerosol block down the yellow tip and further constricted it.  It
worked pretty well, with just a tiny bit of leakage of the Sepharose.
