PCR enzymes

I have been using Delta Taq modified DNA polymerase from USB for
the prepration of relatively large amounts (>700 ug) of tritiated
DNA as an exonuclease substrate.

The enzyme is not advertised for use in PCR, but in side-by-side
comparisons, I have found it to be a superior enzyme. I typically
use 10 U per 100 uL rxn, but less works nearly as well.
