Settings for the Graf/Bar Mark II Sequencing Digitizer

Can anyone help us?

We are attempting to connect our Mac to a Graf/Bar Mark II Sequencing
Digitizer, and have the software and cable. Unfortunately we have lost the
booklet for the Graf/Bar digitizer and we must set the dip switches to 9600
baud, odd parity, 1 stop bit and 7 data bits.

Does anyone know which dip switch settings we should use??
