I missed this original posting and would like it repeated.  Is that possible?

I have tried to make my own wax droplets, but was temporarily defeated by 
the wax setting around the dispenser-tip, upsetting reproducibility of droplet volume.

Apart from devising a heated enclosure for dispensing, I have thought of no solution.  Is there a convenient one?
