Radioactive labeling in E. coli

I'd like to radioactively label a protein that I am producing in
E. coli using the pGEMEX1 vector. I know this is a simple procedure,
but I was wondering if anyone could point me to a detailed protocol.

I don't need to do pulse-chase or anything fancy -- I will be using the
protein for some immunoprecipitations. My protein has only three
methionines (but 7 cysteines), so perhaps I'll need to label leucines?

Please respond by email.

				Thanks in advance,
				John
