Has anyone tried to cut an ordinary fragment of DNA with an enzyme that is close to the end. I have been wondering if PCR products don't cut because the site is near the end or just something else. I am also trying a way to clone PCR products without cutting the product first. (at the moment this is untested). Thanks for any help.
