Has anyone out there encountered a problem with DNA synthesis using
the ABS 292 (2 column) machine in which wrong bases get incorporated?
My colleague tells me that he gets 60% of the oligos (40 mers) with
at least 1 base substitution and sometimes a deletion within the sequence.
This is without PCR, just cloning and sequencing.
