If you're really desperate you can stick the glass plate in an
autoclave with the door open slightly.  As long as there are no
leaks causing drips on the plate, the 100+ degree temp will dry
the plate eventually.  Simply support the plate on binder clips
that it is not directly in contact with the autoclave.  (You can
break plates this way.)
