You said you've tried Liquid Nitrogen, and I'm surprised it hasn't
worked...  We have always had good luck with pulverizing tough tissue
(well, mammalian muscle is the toughest we've tried) by freezing it
completely in LN2 and hammering it to a powder with a large (5 pound)
pestle in a big (10 inch) mortar. Wham. Wham.

Makes you feel like a man.
